Pros: Mostly fully remote, but I do not see any progression. Not going into the office and rubbing elbows. I think, maybe, I am not as good as needed to be promoted.

Cons: In the office, or at the monthly department meeting, visibility needs increase for promotion. I'm still not clear on that, though.
