Process

Capgemini's process is the worst of all IT companies.

HR may call you for an interview within a week, and the interview could be completed quickly. But the main picture starts after the interview.

They don't give you feedback and don't tell you whether you were selected or not.

Multiple times, when you call and email them, they say, "Okay, yes, your feedback is positive, then we'll get back to you." They won't get back until you remind them. (No HR will receive your call.) Then they discuss salary and ask for your documents for verification. After that, it takes two weeks, but here also they don't tell you if it's done or not.

If it's done, they send your profile to the hiring manager for salary approval.

This is not to say that a person directly rejects your profile on the basis of a high salary range (I asked for 16.50 for 5.5 years of experience). But they don't tell us this issue happened. This is the damn Capgemini process.
