Presencial attendance offered the opportunity to enter an academy, prepare, and be assigned a client. Many recent graduates attended, and the interviews were approximately 30 minutes each. The questions were very easy; I genuinely don't know what their filtering process was based on.

Cons: Abuse with workload for recent graduates.
Pesimistic culture, managers lack soft skills and can yell. Unrealistic objectives are set for clients.
Working hours are not respected.
You work extra hours and days, including weekends.
Lack of work-life balance.
Extreme workload.
Growth is based on whether you are friends with the boss.
Whatever the client wants is always done, even if it's wrong.

Pros: Good salaries, good benefits, good job stability, and with the projects.
Cons: They do not pay overtime. Sometimes too many overtime hours and weekends are worked, and there is no work-life balance. Therefore, the company does not stand up for employees to just meet their schedule.
