I interviewed for Capgemini on March 25th. It was a walk-in. It was the worst interview procedure I have ever seen.
There were 100 people, some for Dotnet, some for Angular JS, and some for Java. It was a total mess. The HR people over there weren't sure about the requirements. They were interviewing three people at once, even experienced people.
The first round was technical, the second round was managerial plus technical, and the third round was HR.
I finished all the rounds. In the third round, HR said they could offer only a 25% to 30% hike, which was very low. Still, I said, "Okay."
The next day, they asked me to send documents. It has been more than two weeks, and they haven't replied. If you call HR, she won't answer. If she does answer, she will say, "I don't know anything."
Please, if you get a Capgemini walk-in, do not go. It's a waste of time.
