The interview process was good. I received a call from the company, and the interview was tough. I managed to impress the interviewer and got through.

Within four days, I received another call for the second round, where a senior person interviewed me. It was good and progressing well. I received confirmation on the same day. It was overall a good experience, and I learned a lot.

Pros: Good company to start with, as they hire a lot. Good team atmosphere and bosses who help you improve (in my experience). Remote work. Flexible hours. Possibility of doing on-call shifts to supplement salary.

Cons: Poor talent retention. It is very easy to gain more responsibility due to high staff turnover, but the salary does not grow accordingly. This causes people who start gaining responsibility and experience to leave, restarting the vicious cycle. The company is also very reluctant to hire experienced people, which leads to senior profiles being replaced by juniors fresh out of university or a bootcamp.
