Good company to start with, as they hire a lot. Good team atmosphere and bosses who help you improve (in my experience). Remote work. Flexible hours. Possibility of doing on-call shifts to supplement salary.
Poor talent retention. It is very easy to gain more responsibility due to high staff turnover, but the salary does not grow accordingly. This causes people who start gaining responsibility and experience to leave, restarting the vicious cycle.
The company is also very reluctant to hire experienced people, which leads to senior profiles being replaced by juniors fresh out of university or a bootcamp.
This was very difficult with a lot of miscommunication. For example, I was invited for an interview multiple times, and upon arrival, it was unclear that I was coming that day for a job application. Ultimately, I was rejected and contacted by another
The interview process was good. I received a call from the company, and the interview was tough. I managed to impress the interviewer and got through. Within four days, I received another call for the second round, where a senior person interviewed
Simple and relatively quick process. First experience as a Junior, so it wasn't a very technical interview, focused more on soft skills and somewhat more personal questions, problem-solving, and expectations.
