The interview was divided into two parts:
- An introductory interview conducted by telephone
- An introductory/technical interview on Teams
After these two stages, the job offer was received.
Questions
Regarding the knowledge aspect, general questions were asked about the person, their educational and work background.
For the technical aspect, however, the questions were targeted at the projects worked on, the technologies used, programming languages, and frameworks.
