To start with the selection process:

I completed my first telephonic technical round, and there have been no updates.

After two weeks, I received a call for a second round, which was also successfully completed.

After that, an HR discussion occurred, and they had a Skype round.

Post-Skype round, I was told, "We will get back to you."

It has been over a month now with no reply.

The HR representative was too rude and arrogant to even reply to my reminder emails or pick up the phone.

It feels like my duty to drop an email and make a call every day.
