Great location, lots of growth.
Sometimes extra hours need to be put in to finish before deadlines. In Pune, we have 5 branches, including IGATE and Capgemini. If a project is completed, we have to report to different locations as per our RM. For families, this is not good in Pune, because from branch to branch it's around 30 to 40kms.
Overall, everything is fine.
