I was scheduled for an interview at 2:30 PM on Saturday. Even the HR person called and confirmed the same. However, at the specified time, the interviewer did not join the meeting. This was a total waste of my time, as I had joined the call 10 minutes early and waited for 10 minutes after the scheduled time before the interviewer joined. The HR team and management should organize events more properly. It would be better to shortlist candidates based on skills. I was interviewing for Java, Struts, Spring, and Hibernate, but the interviewer asked about threading and Spring Boot questions.
