There were far too many questions and little in terms of engaging in an actual conversation.
I felt there was an expectation of me being at a Senior level, when the role was for a Mid-level position.
I felt judged for everything I was saying, and there was little help or reassurance if I went blank.
Feedback wasn't very nice either.
