Pros: 1. MNC 2. I started with an okay project, and didn't sit on the bench for more than 2 months in 2 years and 4 months of working. 3. I got very helpful seniors.

Cons: 1. Lower pay scale, appraisals, and promotions for everyone, especially for freshers. 2. Long working hours extend to more than 9 hours.

Pros: The company is well-structured and has many projects in interesting areas. I always felt welcome and respected. This doesn't mean I'm the company's top priority at all times, but that they have had assertive and fair behavior. If you feel uncertain about your skills, this is a great place to start because space for growth is given, and you are not as pressured compared to other companies that might be more error-intolerant. Capgemini offers many opportunities for personal growth, such as support in taking certificates or partnerships with online teaching companies.

Cons: The career progression won't be the most spectacular, as far as I can tell so far. I mean, it is there, but it doesn't seem to be super fast in practical terms.

Pros: Good compensation, work-life balance, and good work culture.

Cons: No big downsides, except for the lack of salary adjustment for the inflation rate.
