Process

It was the worst interview I ever attended. It was supposed to be on Friday via phone, but I received the call on Tuesday. The interviewer didn't even say it was an interview; they just started asking questions. They were in a hurry and in no mood to listen to my answers, nor did they let me finish even one. I gave this feedback to them and learned that they were supposed to submit a report about the interview to HR that day between 2-5 PM. Basically, they were saving face.
