Process
Technical interview.
They were asking more questions around hosting and managing VMs, and my experience at the time was event-driven microservices.
I think we all knew I wasn't a fit early on, and the interview came to an end a bit early.

Pros: I have no pros to offer.
Cons: This is simply the worst company I have ever worked for. They have no compassion and treat employees appallingly.

Plenty of challenges, but slow promotion and low pay
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
April 10, 2013
Pros: Plenty of opportunities for challenges and learning, as there are a lot of talented people in the company.
Cons: Little training except for internal Capgemini courses.
The appraisal and career management system is insane and takes way too much time.
Salaries are on the low side, and do not expect to get a pay rise. So make sure you get the pay you want when you start!

Great Environment to Work
Software Developer • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom

Pros: I have been working at Capgemini since February 2020, and I feel I have found my best fit. There are opportunities for every level. Training is available where needed, and there is free access to Microsoft certification exams. Career development is highly promoted, and mentorship is available.
Cons: The company is huge; therefore, there are fewer opportunities to see colleagues face to face, but this is compensated by online social activities. This will probably not be an issue after COVID.
