I discussed my expected salary before attending any interviews.
I attended and cleared two technical and one managerial interview round with Capgemini. In the managerial round, I also discussed my expected CTC.
After uploading the documents, my profile went for approval. Now, after three weeks with no response from the team, I've been told to consider it rejected.
Furthermore, I did not receive a reason for the rejection, despite investing considerable time and effort. As a candidate, I feel this was a complete waste of my time.
