Worst interview process. Lies: "called me and said you were selected and will release an offer letter soon." So I stopped my interviews. I sent in document formalities, etc. Until the last day of my current organization, they said higher management was not satisfied with my interview (from a month ago). To get an offer, I had to crack a test, and the test was totally unfair (Java test like fill in the blank for writer LoggerFactory Package name, etc. – who remembers these things?). But I did 90% perfectly, and I cross-checked. I followed up, and they said it was 30% and I never cracked it.

Unfair common practice nowadays, I can say do not believe them. No values.

We need to be smart, hence.

Simple Junior Questions by interviewer, with doubt on their skills. The test provided is not proper for candidates with high experience, as it asks primary questions.
