Salary negotiation will start from their side after you have already invested significant time in the interview process.

In my case, they requested numerous documents, which took a lot of time to gather. Afterward, they informed me they couldn't offer even the average market salary.

They also won't provide feedback immediately after the interview because they will be searching for the cheapest candidates and will only contact them. They don't care about quality.
