I appeared for Capgemini. There were three rounds:

• Aptitude test
• Technical interview
• HR interview

First, we had to give an aptitude exam based on logical reasoning and a personality test. This was followed by a PPT and then the technical and HR interviews.

The first round was average, and the interviews were also good.

Round 1: Aptitude Test

• There were questions based on logical reasoning, including sequence and series, and age-related problems.
• The other section was Verbal Reasoning (English), which contained questions from short and long passages, identifying sentence errors, antonyms and synonyms, and jumbled sentences.

Overall, the test was of moderate difficulty, and the logical reasoning part was the easiest.

Round 2: Technical Interview

The questions asked during this round were:

• "Tell me about yourself?"
• "My field of interest? (If you are from a non-IT branch, then why IT?)"
• I had a project on web development, so many questions were related to my project.
• Questions about the project: What did you do, how did you do it, what programming languages did you use, and whether you learned from a training course or by yourself.
• "Do you have any questions for me?" – Whenever the interviewer asks you this, you should ask an appropriate question, such as "What will my training period be like?" or "What are the work timings of your company?"

Round 3: HR Interview

The questions asked were:

• Introduce yourself.
• Why CAPGEMINI?
• Why engineering?
• About your family.
• "What positions are we offering, and in which do you think you will suit best?" (There was a PowerPoint presentation before the interview, and some questions were from it, like the names of offered positions, the company's seven values, and ten reasons to join the company.)
