The interview was just another nightmare. The HR requested to be at the premises at 10 AM sharp, but those people turned in at 11 AM. Hmm, okay. I could still accept this. After a hectic bunch of weekdays, getting back to the office on a Saturday would need more motivation. I was waiting there for a very long time after providing my resume and passport photo.

At 12:30 PM, I was called in for the first-level interview. I have 9.5 years of experience. At first glance, I am sure the interviewer definitely has that much experience. That guy was not even interested in taking part in the interview; it was conducted name-wise.

The second round was kind of HR and project-oriented. All I got was 5 minutes. During that period, the interviewer was talking on the phone side-by-side and kept signaling to me to continue. But I stopped; there is no point in saying something to a person who is not listening.

This interviewer said, "You can leave the premises; HR will contact you." I left the premises, and in 30 minutes, the HR called me asking about my availability.

Their actual motto is: "People do not matter to us; only the result counts."

Bottom line: Capgemini's interview process sucks, worse than a vacuum cleaner.

The question asked was, "What is serialization?" This is the same question that was asked almost 10 years ago.
