The initial discussion round lasted 30 minutes. I answered all questions, and the interviewer seemed satisfied as it was a fairly easy interview. We also discussed the next steps and potential projects.

Afterward, I had an HR discussion and was asked to submit documents, which I did.

It has been more than 1.5 months, and I still have not received a response from HR.

This experience was very poor and unprofessional. If you genuinely want to hire, please do so. Don't waste people's time.
