About Average Company (Product & Engineering Solutions)

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

August 22, 2016

Pros: Very helpful and nice people around. Good teammates. Good campus (Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida, Magarpatta City). Average industry-level appraisals (10-15%).

Cons: No projects at all. No bench force utilization. No value for your talent and area of interests. Single client concentration (dependent on a very few clients for business). Very few onsite opportunities. Very bad HR policies (they treat you like nonliving resources)!! Sometimes you even feel like you are cattle being transported in a jeep. Cost cutting everywhere.
