This was the worst interview process I have ever been through. When I received a call after my resume was shortlisted, it was clear that I had never worked on WCF and WPF.
When I went for the interview on July 13th, 2019, in Magarpatta, I learned that the interviewer was currently working in Hinjewadi, Pune, and couldn't even speak good English. He conducted my interview in a native language.
Basic questions on OOPS, JavaScript, and .NET were asked at the start. Even after stating 2-3 times that I hadn't worked on WCF and WPF, the same technology questions were posed. It seemed like they expected the "book definition" answers, while I was trying to explain concepts with examples.
After the first round, HR came and told me that the feedback was negative and I needed to brush up my skills. I asked her what went wrong, as I answered almost all questions with proper examples, except for those related to WCF and WPF, but I received no proper answer.
Later, I found out that WCF was a requirement for the role. HR recruiters should match the skills in the job description before shortlisting candidates.
The four pillars of OOP.
What is an interface?
What is the difference between ref and out?
What is the difference between overloading and overriding?

What is a constructor?
What is boxing and unboxing?
In what version of .NET were WCF and WPF introduced?
