Process
The process involved several steps, with different people who didn't know what the earlier person had asked or said. I was simply informed that I was greenlit for each particular step. It was a very strange and unprofessional process.
Questions
I was asked questions from a manuscript by a very junior recruiter. Things like, "Do you know what the cloud is?"
Yes. I do.
It was very blunt and not particularly enticing. Later, I had to explain an architecture to a non-tech person. Finally, I got to speak with a technical person, but they were so stuck up, I couldn't believe it. They had no communication skills whatsoever.

Yet, no-one is able to find a single colleague who wants the changes and directives to come. It basically feels like Capgemini no longer trusts employees, and employees no longer trust Capgemini.
