Process
There was only one interview, but the process took very long. They called me to inform me that I was selected and asked for all the documents. After sending all the documents, no one contacted me or answered my calls.
They ghosted me for a long time, and then after two months, they called to release the offer letter without a salary discussion. When I asked about my expected salary, they said they would get back to me but never did.
If it was out of their budget, they should have at least had the decency to inform the candidate.
