It was good, and I had been recruited directly to the project instead of sitting on a bench.
They asked normal to intermediate questions during the interview.
I was able to answer all of them, and the MR round also went well with some scenario-based questions.

2) It gives internal trainings.
3) Also, free access to Degreed and Pluralsight platforms for learning.
Cons: 1. No bonus at the fresher level.
2. No extra perks.
