I attended an interview on 15-Sep-2018, and it was a very bad experience.
First, you need to stand in a queue to get a token. After entering the office, no one is there to guide you, and you have to keep asking where to go.
After entering the interview area, again, no one is there to guide you. You have to make an assumption about whom to ask. For over 100 candidates, there are only two people to register your candidature. This takes at least 2-3 hours for registration alone.
Interview: The panel seemed inexperienced and lacked confidence when asking questions. I answered 80% of the questions in C# and 100% on MVC. No questions were asked about SQL Server.
The panel gave me a 0 rating in SQL Server without asking any questions. I don't understand how my SQL Server knowledge was judged without a single question being asked.
