Process
4.5+ years of experience. Waited for around 2.5 hours for the first telephonic technical round (on campus).
- The HR had an "I don't care" attitude.
- The interviewer was okay but seemed to be in a hurry. They did not give me time to pause or express my thought process, as they didn't seem to care about it. You have to be very exact with syntax to clear the interview.
I did not get through.

related to .NET MVC, such as partial views, custom error pages, TempData, sessions, and filters.

Pros: Capgemini provides loads of opportunities for their employees, as they are more focused upon learning and upskilling for freshers as well as experienced employees.
The company has a massive bench strength in overall Business Units combined, so one gets purely a lot of time to focus upon technology upskilling.
Cons: As a resource from Financial Services, I must say account tagging is a bit slow for Employees on Bench and Shadow.
There are about more than 10,000 employees on Bench Shadow/Complete Bench who are still looking for projects after clearing L1 exams or previously rolled off to Bench from respective projects.
