If you don't get along with a client and you're in your trial period (prepare yourself well... there's a big risk your adventure will end at this point).
The client is king, and you in this case are just a number.

Pros: It's a good company to work for. I joined as a fresher and was lucky enough to get trained in Java FullStack development. The training offered for 3 months for the above profile is of immense knowledge and will give a kick-start to your career. Good work-life balance.
Cons: The long bench period is the only drawback that I have experienced, and nothing else apart from this.
