I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Capgemini.
The overall experience was disappointing.
I received the interview invite on a Sunday for a Monday morning slot, which felt quite unprofessional and rushed.
The technical interview involved some good and highly theoretical questions, but I unfortunately blanked out during the session.
What stood out the most was how abruptly the interview ended. The interviewer, Bharat Mane, simply said, "Thank you for your time, Bye," and disconnected—without any feedback or proper closure.
Regardless of my performance, I believe interviews should maintain a basic level of respect and professionalism, which was lacking in this case.
