Pros: Work-wise, pressure is low and it's comfortable to work, so we give our full output. They have a great team to empower the freshers entering the organization.
Cons: Salary figures are not clearly explained. After resignation, the management where I was working asked me for unwanted details and made me give up asking for the provident fund back. They feel it is so difficult to give the money, as if it were their money and I am taking it.
