Process

The interview took place in the office. There was no prior telephone interview, or so it seemed.

Two senior colleagues conducted the interview. First, they showed me the office and work area. Then, we went to the interview room.

It was a very friendly communication with the colleagues. After the interview, the interviewers went outside for a discussion. When they returned, they gave feedback and shared the result of the interview on the spot.

Pros: No % criteria for joining Capgemini. It is great for people who face difficulty with a 60%> criteria. Overall, you will get all the facilities which you expect from an MNC. Plus, they won't fire you if you are on the bench until you have completed 18 months on the bench.

Cons: You won't be able to change your project for 18 months. You have to serve a client for 18 months, and only then can you change your project. Plus, the increment cycle also follows an 18-month cycle, which is bad.
