Cons: Dear people of Capgemini,
You give a 2-day lecture about diversity in the company, but the minute you are in the project, Tamil people are one team, Telugu is another team, and so on.
One team talks about the other. God, such small-minded people.

Pros: You have the option of hybrid work and good social benefits.
Cons: The company's management regarding the internal worker leaves much to be desired. Unless you have been with the company for a while or are a new hire, in which case: tempus fugit. You may be lucky and you may not be given options for internal growth. Furthermore, the aim is to shirk responsibility for problems so that they do not reverberate internally or externally.
