Pros: Location and campus.
Frequent fun events.
The infrastructure is really nice.
Almost gives the feeling that you're on a college campus.
Cons: Everything.
Odd work hours. No refund for late-night transportation. Too many managers, too few developers. Bad food. Salaries way below industry standards. No bonus. No pay increment, even after receiving multiple awards. Horrible tech support for developers.
