The interview process was very friendly and not very technical. However, the worst part is that you need to wait for the call letter for more than a year. I was placed at Capgemini in September 2013 and received the call letter only in December 2014. So, if you are a fresher and got placed at Capgemini from on-campus, it's better to seek other options. They will surely call you after a long gap.
