Firstly, there was a Technical Assessment, including an English MCQ assessment. Then, a Cognitive Assessment was conducted on the same day. After that, a Spoken English Test followed. A virtual Technical Interview was held for those who qualified for the Spoken English Test.

Pros: Can learn new skills quickly. There is a lot of pressure as it is outsourcing. There is a lot of politics. Need to improve HR coordination.
Cons: HR coordination is bad. They need to learn to communicate with employees. I was really upset by the way a few things were conducted by HR.
