I applied through college or university, and the process took a day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in September 2013.
Interview Details:
- The 1st round was an aptitude test plus basic computer programming.
- The 2nd was a coding round, in the language you prefer (C or Java).
If you clear the 2nd round, you go for a technical interview (3rd round).
The 3rd round was an eliminator, like the first one.
Next, there was a group activity, a 2nd technical interview, and then HR... (6 rounds in all).

You give a 2-day lecture about diversity in the company, but the minute you are in the project, Tamil people are one team, Telugu is another team, and so on.
One team talks about the other. God, such small-minded people.
