Pros: Capgemini always tries to up-skill employees. Even when on the bench, they provide you with lots of training of your choice and offer many platforms, such as open source, to learn at your own pace. The environment is very cool. Work-life balance is good.
Cons: The project would not be in the technology in which the trainings you received.
