The interview was telephonic. The person on the call was very strict, even rude. The interview was for a Mainframe Developer position. They were mainly looking for a candidate with CICS experience. COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM were considered secondary skills.
The interview was average, with basic questions asked. However, the panel was very rude.
