Very smooth and not much technical.
It was for a fresher role, and they didn't go very deep into the technicals. So, I have been selected with little bit of writing SQL queries and talking about the projects I have worked on.

Pros: The facilities, like good infrastructure and a gorgeous building, are great. Your salary will be credited before you expect it. As a fresher, these are great things to experience.
Cons: Now coming to the main point, i.e., work environment. In a big MNC like Capgemini, if you are a fresher, everything depends upon your luck. If you get a good project, you'll learn a lot; otherwise, nothing. You'll be editing Excel sheets.
