The interview consisted of two rounds: one technical and one HR.

In the technical round, I was asked about the projects I had put on my CV. My project was on voice modulation, so they asked everything about it.

The HR round was okay, with only general questions asked. They also asked some basic GK questions.

Also, know about the firm as much as you can.

Cons: Very bad behavior when it comes to the terms of location transfer, even after working for a long term.

Pros: It all depends on the project you get. Luckily, I got into one of the top revenue-giving projects for Capgemini, so I was able to learn and grow as a professional.

Cons: The salary hike is very less when compared to equivalent companies. All you can ask for is a good salary when you get into this company. Thereafter, unless you are a TL, Manager, or at a top post, chances are less of getting a double-digit hike.
