I joined as a graduate software engineer back in 2015. There were three interview stages:
- Behavioural assessment test: To analyze if you would be a good fit in the company.
- Telephone interview: Mostly non-technical questions, but they asked a few technical questions too.
- Assessment centre: The assessment centre had three stages as well:
- Group exercise based on a given case study.
- One-to-one presentation on cloud computing.
- Face-to-face interview.
