Pros: Provides enough opportunities for your growth, technical as well as the compensation you receive. You need to spend at least 1-2 years to get along well in the organisation. Do not judge early.
Cons: Not every ODC in India has growth potential.
For instance, if you are placed in Pune, you might be struggling to find the right assignment for you.
