Process
- Completed one technical interview and one manager round. (The manager asked about my expected CTC, even though he was not supposed to know.)
- An HR representative (who looked like an intern) called to discuss salary and asked why my expectations were so high.
- When I called next, she stated I did not clear the manager interview. When I asked why she was trying to negotiate salary, she began to lie further, claiming the manager did not approve a certain designation, even though the interview was cleared.
There was no transparency in the interview process. What else can you expect here? Do not join this company if you are talented.

Pros: You get to work on large, complicated, interesting projects. The people you work with are generally clever, enthusiastic, committed, but modest. The company expects you to do your job and do it well, not give you sales or revenue targets that are irrelevant to your role. Great opportunities in a company full of nice people.
Cons: It's a big company and suffers from normal big company behavior. Some decisions take ages, HR processes are laborious (but fair), and sometimes the company takes a while to adjust to the market.

Pros: Good amount of bench, no pay cuts. Depends completely on project. If your project has a good budget, your life will be easy.
Cons: Appraisals are pathetic, so come on a higher salary when joining the company.
