Process
The first interview was an informal chat in a bar near the London Office.
The second was a role-playing meeting where, as an architect, you presented a solution to the client's issue.
The final part was an HR interview, which was box-ticking.
Questions
During the role-play, the two 'client' people argue about something that's being said or proposed. The actual content of the presentation (for which you are given an hour or so to prepare) is all pretty standard architecture stuff and not really the point of the interview.
