The entire process of the interview was so unorganized. The technical panel was good, but the HR got on almost everyone's nerve. She looked more on just filtering the candidates with more CTC and concentrating on only candidates with less notice period and less expectation, saying to follow "If they can't meet your standard, don't lower your standard so that they can."
