If you're leaving university and need to gain experience, it's a good place to be for 1-2 years and look for something better elsewhere.

On the other hand, it's a good place if you enter directly into a good position.

They offer good grocery vouchers and, in many positions, remote work.

Cons

They don't pay overtime, at most they give time off in lieu.

Sometimes they expect you to stay late and work weekends.
