Nice environment. Management will be friendly with employees, and there will be no work pressure.
Growth is too slow. Negotiate whatever you want while joining.
Think about promotion structure. Every 2 years, every employee moved to the next grade. That will give a bit of satisfaction, though the salary hike is minimal.
