I joined Capgemini as a fresher on 12th May, '22. So, they provided 3 months of training. The training provided by the Capgemini L&D team is one of the best training programs offered by most service-based companies. The trainers and mentors for queries were excellent; they started from basic coding for us. It was a really challenging and interesting training.
Only I can say that the training period is very tough in Capgemini. It is really challenging. You can learn many things in training.

The interview was good and conducted on time. The interviewer answered my queries politely. The questions were asked on core aeronautical topics. The interview lasted around thirty to forty minutes. That was a nice session.
The interviewer started with "Tell me something about yourself." In between, there were some technical questions, and the interview ended with questions related to experience. Overall, the interview experience was awesome.
The interviewer was nice and easygoing. They asked about my preferred coding language and then posed questions related to it. My resume was also discussed briefly, including the projects mentioned.
