The US team is clueless. The Europe team is better equipped and trained in the Capgemini processes. Every project I walked into was already a disaster here in the US. There is so much nonsense, "made up" processes, the US team can't accomplish anything the customer asks for. I saw this theme many times in 2-1/2 years. Also, I learned about several Azure Architect openings in another division at Capgemini, and two months later was let go. That sums up how the US team operates.
