Pros

It's easy to get in. Once you pass the trial months, if you have a permanent contract, it's rare for them to fire you.

It's good for gaining quick experience in some technology. Overtime is well paid.

Cons

Among the lowest salaries there are, there are no raises or promotions, regardless of how much you work or how hard you try. The end-of-year evaluations are fake, because it doesn't matter if you've worked your tail off and the evaluator gives you a 2 (promotion and raise); at headquarters, they downgrade it to a 3 and deny you growth. Overtime is not considered, in the sense that most of the time they demand many extra hours from you that are not reflected anywhere nor are they paid.
